At Dancovershop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your Dancovershop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the products are unworn and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off & Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your receipt. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
